COACHES HAVE?
Keep Company coaches have professional expertise as diverse and rich as the members of each Board. We recruit coaches who are certified from top coaching programs or as mental health and social work professionals. Then we train everyone in our distinct, proven methods and structures, plus provide ongoing topic or skill-specific training to continue their growth as coaches.

“One of the important functions of my role as a coach is to give permission to the members. Permission to set boundaries at work and home. Permission to take care of themselves. Permission to ask for help. Permission to get off auto-pilot and decide what they want out of their life and commit to it. That permission unlocks growth. It is beautiful and impactful to witness.”

“One of the important functions of my role as a coach is to give permission to the members -- individually and collectively. Permission to set boundaries at work and home. Permission to take care of themselves. Permission to ask for help. Permission to get off auto-pilot and decide what they want out of their life and commit to it. That permission unlocks growth. It is beautiful and impactful to witness. Every.single.time.”

“During our meetings we provide a much-needed pause. I ensure we hold safe & brave space for each other so that our members, who are constantly needed by their families and work, have the opportunity to gain clarity, get some perspective, and be intentional about their lives. I encourage them to inject more strategy into their plight for balance. To think beyond what fire to put out next, begin taking better care of themselves and envisioning the future they want. Then members inspire each other to take the small steps necessary to make that vision a reality.”
Lauren Tetenbaum
LMSW, JD, PMH-C
"It is such a privilege to support moms, dads and caregivers as they navigate their identities beyond parent or professional, learn to carve out time for themselves without guilt, and work towards alleviating the mental load. I am likewise supported myself by the Keep Company community and so grateful to be part of it!"
Adriana Naím
MD, CPCC
“As a coach I want to meet people where they're at and build a foundation of trust upon which we can do this work together. I want to help members remove the fronts we all build up out in the world, so they can get honest about what matters most to them.  My approach is very much informed by my medical training and my passion for best practices from science.  My multi-cultural background also really informs my coaching. I always bring a world lens and am committed to modeling the Keep Company values – especially Keep the Space.”
WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES COMMUNITY MAKE?
Connection is what we’re all craving, and a shared sense of belonging makes all the difference.
At the heart of Keep Company is a personalized community of six to eight similarly-situated people – we call this your personal Board. Rooted in behavioral science and designed to spark connection, the Board is future- and action-oriented, and creates a deep sense of shared accountability across the cohort.
Each Board is curated specifically based on the backgrounds and preferences of the members. When you sign up with Keep Company, you’ll tell us whether you’d like to be on a Board with moms, dads, parents, or caregivers. Then the magic happens.
WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT THE CURRICULUM?
Not all group coaching is created equal. Our program is thoughtfully designed to maximize the impact, especially for parents and caregivers with limited time.
From emotional skill-building exercises to the sequence of the Board topics, every aspect of Keep Company has been created with self-awareness and confidence-building in mind. Also, importantly, no homework.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT?
DEEPER CONNECTION
MORE CONFIDENCE
BETTER COMMUNICATION
GREATER CLARITY
We’d Love to Keep Your Company.
