KEEP COMPANY HELPS ORGANIZATIONS MEASURE, SUPPORT AND RETAIN PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS.
We’re living through a once in a generation realignment of the employee-employer dynamic.”
- Harvard Business Review
UP TO 73% OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE CARING FOR SOMEONE AT HOME. 73%.
And with big jobs at work and at home, they’re burning out. For some that looks like taking care of work and family, but not themselves. For others, it looks like struggling in isolation or leaving the workforce when they don’t see a path forward.

And it’s not just new moms who are struggling. It’s a senior partner with a teenager navigating mental health challenges. It’s a colleague in recruiting caring for a parent  with dementia.

Companies are investing record resources in employee engagement, scrambling to find and hold on to top talent. But without awareness of and support for parents and caregivers these tools aren’t enough.

So, what’s the cost?

The cost when we can't support and retain them?

the impact to your people and your bottom line is enormous. At law firms, for example, when just one attorney leaves, it costs the firm over $650,000.

WHO IS A CAREGIVER?

A caregiver is anyone caring for a family member; that could look like caring for a parent with dementia, a spouse navigating a chronic condition, or a sibling with substance use disorder. There are seasons where care occurs in our home and others where we provide for someone financially or long-distance. Family has many faces and caregiving is more expansive than employers often think, impacting nearly every employee at some point (or many points) over a career.

There is a way to grow forward together – for organizations and their people to find a more sustainable path, and greater access to their shared potential.
At Keep Company we partner with organizations to give their moms, dads and caregivers the skills to integrate the care of themselves, their families, and their work through our group learning platform.
Our certified coaches lead groups of similarly-situated parents and caregivers through a 12-week program and offer a year of dedicated support. These groups act as personal Boards, providing community and accountability. Rooted in behavioral health, the program builds self-awareness, encourages action, and creates connection with others.
WHAT MEMBERS HAVE TO SAY
This was one of the best experiences of my personal and professional life. I left each meeting feeling grateful to be part of such a strong and supportive group. I would recommend it to every working mom I know.

It’s a lot for me to give up 1.5 hours in the middle of my workday, but every minute was worth it.
Purvi
Manager, Law Firm
I feel more empowered to prioritize what I feel I want and need for my personal (mental, physical, emotional) well-being, and I feel less guilty when I take time to invest in myself. I feel happier overall, and so grateful to have been able to develop deeper connections with the members in my group.
